Michela Fabeni Art Gallery | Art and Nature: the Organic Bond in Michela Fabeni’s Contemporary Bas-reliefs Smussato Technique

In the womb of nature, in a silent embrace, where the branches welcome me and matter breathes with me, I find my most authentic form. Skin intertwines with wood, breath becomes root.

This is where my art is born: from a living contact with the elements, in a deep dialogue with the organic, with the earth, with the invisible that takes shape. Every work is a fragment of this bond, a gesture that becomes form and a form that becomes memory.

Nature is my guide and my raw material, a universe of sensations translated into surfaces, thickness, and light. In my bas-reliefs, the energy of the world becomes mark and living skin, a language that speaks without words.

Nature is my creative womb. Matter breathes with me. Wood becomes skin, skin becomes root.

A deep dialogue with the organic. The invisible takes shape. If you want to discover the process behind my creations and the connection between art and nature, follow me on @michelafabeniart.
