Free Tactile Event for Blind Participants: a Sensory, Limited-Access Experience with the Bas-reliefs of Michela Fabeni in her Art Space in Rome

I am organizing a special event, an intimate and limited-access experience designed for blind participants, allowing them to connect directly with the living material of my bas-reliefs.

My work is born from gesture, from touch, from the dialogue between light and surface. Touching an artwork means following its inner pulse, feeling its curves, tensions, fractures,

and the breath of gold. For those who cannot rely on sight, all of this becomes a pure language, a form of listening that passes through the hands.

During the encounter, I will personally guide each participant through a dedicated, respectful, and immersive sensory journey. It will be a moment of genuine sharing, where the material opens itself without barriers and becomes direct, profound experience.

Participation is free, but the number of spots is limited to ensure attention, care, and full accessibility.
