Within the Moon: Lying on My White Bas-Relief | Michela Fabeni Art Gallery

My moon does not belong to the sky: it is born from matter, from my gesture, from the surface I welcome and transform. It is a white, carved, living relief that carries the trace of my hands and the memory of every passage. It is not a distant symbol but a form that recognizes me, a presence that vibrates beneath the skin.
Lying on my moon means entering the heart of creation itself. It means listening to its light as it settles on the cracks, on the edges, on the cavities that reveal my journey. The material becomes a place to return to, an intimate space where silence is not emptiness but breath.
In this encounter between body and relief, between white and shadow, I rediscover the fullness of my language. The moon becomes a bridge between what I feel and what takes form, between the gesture that carves and the light that reveals. It is a living skin that holds, supports, and envelops.
Here, on my moon of matter, everything is presence.
Everything is revelation.
If you want to experience my white bas-relief moon in person and immerse yourself in the texture, light, and gesture, I invite you to visit the Michela Fabeni Art Gallery in Rome or contact me to schedule a private viewing. Let the artwork move through you, enter my world, and feel the presence of living matter.
