When I was a child, I wrote so hard that the paper became stiff, almost crackling. Every word left a mark, carving into the white.
On my middle finger, the student’s callus remains — a small memory engraved in the skin.
Today those same fingers, beyond carving, shaping and smoothing, bring things to the surface.
Matter rises from the canvas, driven by the same energy as always. The same passion, a different language.
And right there, on the marked finger, there is now a golden feather. Lightness resting on memory.
Strength transformed into beauty. It was written. It was destiny. My bas-reliefs are my three-dimensional writing.
Authentic, instinctive, alive. Every form is an unspoken word, every mark a part of me taking flight. I write with matter. I feel with my hands.
